LVDS Cable means Low Voltage Differential Signaling Cable.

It is widely used in many fields .Now, You can see it in LED TV, Note Book etc. Because we usually connect display side and Mother board side together through LVDS Cable.

LVDS Cable is a kind of custom cable. We must make a drawing before production. The drawing must shows connector type , length ,Pin assignment and other required infos.

There is a drawing of LVDS Cable as below. Now, pls follow us .we will introduce it and let you know how to produce it.

As per this drawing, we can know Below infos.

The panel side connector : JAE FI-X30HL (or EQ),

Mother board side connector : Dupont 2.0 2*15P(or EQ),

Wire : UL1571#28AWG

Cover: Tinned copper Braid

Insulation: Acetate Cloth tape

Length:350MM

First, we cut wire and crimp terminals on wires by using Fully automatic swivel arm crimping machine .( machine picture as below)

Second, we need to test Terminal Pulling Force every hour by using tester as below:

Third, assemble panel side connector FI-X30HL as below and then twist wires

Fourth, assemble mother board side connector Dupont 2.0 2*15P as below.

Fifth, test length and then the first test for pin assignment ,open ,short etc as below

Sixth, assemble braid as below.

Seventh, assemble Acetate Cloth tape and fix it

Eighth,the second test for pin assignment ,open ,short etc as below

Ninth, Appearance inspection as below

Tenth, QC sampling inspection and then packing.
